Stephanie brings 22 years of nursing experience to WorkStar Occupational Health Clinic. A North Carolina native, she earned her ADN from Wayne Community College, BSN from East Carolina University, MSN from South University, and DNP from Liberty University.

Her career includes roles in oncology, obstetrics, post-op orthopedics, occupational health, pain management, and primary care. She has served as charge nurse, preceptor, health center manager, and mentor.

Recognized as a two-time employee of the month and nominee for the DAISY Award and Great 100 Nurses, Stephanie is valued for her clinical expertise and compassionate care.She developed a program that significantly increased colorectal cancer screening rates in a large rural North Carolina organization and looks forward to enhancing patient outcomes at WorkStar using her implementation science training.

She relocated to Hawaii with her husband and dog to enjoy the temperate climate and vibrant culture.
