FAQ - Physical Exams

Bring a valid ID, any required paperwork from your employer, and a list of medications or relevant medical history. If you use glasses, contacts, or hearing aids, bring them for any vision or hearing tests. If diabetic, most recent A1C report. If you have sleep apnea, your current CPAP report.
We provide a variety of physical examinations, including pre-employment, post-offer, DOT (Department of Transportation), respirator clearance, annual wellness exams, and fit-for-duty evaluations.
Appointments are recommended to minimize wait times, but walk-ins may be available depending on location and service.
Most physicals and drug screens can be completed in about 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the type of exam and testing required.
Yes. We will securely send the results directly to your employer or the designated contact.
Many test results are available the same day or within 24–48 hours. Some specialized lab work may take a few additional days.
Positive drug screens are reviewed by a Medical Review Officer (MRO) to verify prescription medications or potential false positives before results are finalized.
For most drug screens and physicals, fasting is not required. However, if you’re scheduled for a specific test that requires fasting, you’ll be informed ahead of time.
Yes. We offer physical exams and drug testing for personal needs, school requirements, sports participation, and travel.
