Accessibility Statement

Last Update:

Workstar Injury Recovery Center ("Workstar," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities, including those who use assistive technology. We are continually working to improve the accessibility and usability of our website for everyone.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments.

2. Measures We Have Taken

Steps we've taken so far include reviewing and adjusting text sizing, line spacing, and color contrast across the site; structuring headings and page content to support screen readers and other assistive technology; adding descriptive alternative text to meaningful images; and ensuring form fields have clearly associated labels.

3. Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We periodically review our website and work to address issues as they are identified. Because our website includes many pages and is regularly updated, some content may not yet fully meet our accessibility goals.

4. Third-Party Content

Our website may include content, tools, or links to third-party websites that we do not control. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content.

5. Feedback and Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of our website, or need assistance accessing information or services because of a disability, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to address accessibility barriers you report and to provide the information or service you need in an alternative format.
