Welcome to the Workstar Injury Recovery Center website (“Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.
1. Use of the Site
This Site is provided for general informational purposes about Workstar’s services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict and interfere with their use and enjoyment of the Site.
2. Not Medical Advice
The content on this Site is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Do not make healthcare decisions, disregard any medical advice from a qualified resource, or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information you have read on this Site.
3. No Provider-Patient Relationship
Browsing and/or use of this Site, or submitting general inquiry or requests does not create a provider-patient relationship between you and Workstar or any of its providers. A clinical provider-patient relationship is only established upon acceptance of care by WorkStar, mutual agreement to participate in care, completion of a formal intake process and initiation of care via a formal patient visit. If you are already an established patient of WorkStar, these Terms do not alter the existing patient relationship, standard of care, continuity obligations, or patient rights.
4. Appointments and Electronic Communications
An online appointment request is not confirmed until WorkStar confirms it. Site messages, general email, and public forms may not be monitored continuously and must not be used for emergencies or urgent clinical needs.
5. Accessibility, Nondiscrimination, and Language Assistance
WorkStar provides access to its Site and services consistent with applicable federal and Hawaii civil rights law. WorkStar does not unlawfully discriminate in access to its Site or services on the basis of race, color, national origin or ancestry, religion, sex, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability or any other status protected by applicable law.
If a website barrier affects a non-urgent healthcare need, contact WorkStar at (808) 676-5331. For urgent needs or an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room.
6. Provider, Service and Location Information
WorkStar works to keep provider names, credentials, outpatient services, locations, hours and contact information accurate, but that information may change. Site contest does ot guarantee provider availability, eligibility for a particular service, or any clinical result. Contact WorkStar to verify current information. WorkStar reviews and corrects verified material Site inaccuracies.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) violate law or another person’s rights; (b) attempt unauthorized access to any system, network or data; (c) introduce malicious code or disrupt Site operation; (d) impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority; (e)use the Site to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications; (f) conduct security testing without written authorization; or (g) use automated means to extract or copy Site content at scale, except for search engine indexing or other data expressly made available for automated access.

These Terms of Use are governed by the Federal and the State of Hawaii laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
14. Medical Emergencies
Do not use this Site for a medical emergency. WorkStar is an outpatient clinic and does not provide emergency services. Call 911 or seek care at the nearest emergency department. Messages submitted through this Site may not be reviewed promptly.
