(Q)    How will my client benefit from your services?

(A)     We are a dedicated medical clinic which operates utilizing time-honored medical principles. For this reason, you can expect a complete diagnostic work-up of your patient’s problem utilizing state-of-the-art imaging and electrodiagnostic technologies. From a treatment standpoint, no one can offer your client a more comprehensive multidisciplinary integrated care effort in controlling his or her pain and restoring your client to a more functional and pain free life. Our steadfast commitment to the recovery of all patients is the cornerstone and foundation of the Workstar™ program.

(Q)     Do you provide timely reports when needed?

(A)     Absolutely. The professionals at Workstar™ understand the critical nature of timely and accurate reports of the patient’s condition. A dedication to close communication with your office staff ensures this and time-urgent services are available upon special request.

(Q)     Are you willing to testify on behalf of your patient/my client?

(A)     Although we are not a “forensic clinic” in the sense of pursuing medicolegal work, Workstar™ realizes the importance of providing appropriate information in the medicolegal process. To that end, we are available for testimony on a select basis, particularly when such information is essential to the patient’s clinical recovery.

(Q)     Do you perform disability ratings?

(A)     Yes. We perform state-of-the-art disability ratings utilizing the latest edition of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment. All PPD’s are extensively referenced to the AMA Guide, providing a solid foundation which facilitates appropriate and fair case closures benefiting all parties.

(Q)     Do you perform IME’s?

(A)     Workstar™ does not perform IME’s. The IME process as it is presently structured often encourages biased and purely forensic activity which, as a traditional medical service, is antithetic to our mission in helping individuals recover from injury and chronic pain.
