The WorkStar Injury Recovery Center just completed a major upgrade designed to enhance its diagnostic evaluation capabilities. In order to maintain its reputation as Leeward’s premier injury diagnostic and treatment program, WorkStar installed the Philips Mobile C-arm System BV Pulsera.

The Philips Mobile C-arm System BV Pulsera is designed for specialized minimally invasive procedures that help people recover faster.

Dr. Scott Morioka, an interventional spine and sports medicine physician, uses the Philips Mobile C-Arm for the conservative medical management of injuries. Candidates include patients with spine, neck, shoulder and/or knee pains that are not ready for surgery or not a surgical candidate.

The Philips Mobile C-arm System BV Pulsera is designed for specialized minimally invasive procedures that help people recover faster. Unique features of the C-arm, such as SmartVision, produce the imaging clarity and enhanced accuracy that improve patient outcomes and safety.

Dr. Morioka is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, American Medical Association, Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports & Occupational Rehabilitation, and International Spine Intervention Society.
